Welcome Venture Park Continues Leasing Success in 394,600 Square Foot Phase I
Durham, North Carolina, 02/21/2025 – Welcome Venture Park proudly announces the signing of 4 new tenants in Phase I, marking a significant stride in the project's advancement.
Phase I, comprising nearly 400,000 square feet of prime leasing space, has attracted a prominent 3PL, Mitsubishi Logistics (dba: Cavalier Logistics) to secure 128,000 square feet within this state-of-the-art industrial, flex and life science development. In addition the Food Bank of Central and Eastern North Carolina has committed to 64,000 square feet and Great Day Improvements and Pep Move combine for 20,400 square feet in phase I.
Ted Kakambouras, Director of Acquisitions, Southeast Region for Welcome Group, expressed enthusiasm, saying, "These early leases and commitments in advance of our construction completion signifies the robust demand for industrial spaces in the Triangle market. Scheduled for completion in the first quarter of this year, Phase I represents a comprehensive vision for an inviting business park, complemented by green spaces and designed to accommodate a diverse range of businesses, from manufacturing to life sciences.
